First visit official website of NSDL: onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html.

Now select application types to New Pan Card option and select application types to Individual.

Fill a complete form and enter captcha code, now click on Submit button.

Upload Document and link with Aadhaar Card details.

Pay new Pan card fees online.

After submitted online application and verify your data, The documents must then be forwarded to the below Protean office address.
