The Gujarat government issues a senior citizen card to those who are 60 years of age. There are many benefits to having a senior citizen card, such as receiving priority treatment everywhere. How to Apply for Senior Citizen Card in Gujarat?

First, visit the DigitalGujarat portal of the Gujarat Government website: https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/
After opening this website, select the ‘Services’ menu from the main menu. This opens a drop-down menu; choose ‘Citizen Services’.

Now you will see a list of all services; from that list, select ‘Senior Citizen Certificate’.

If you wish to fill out the form offline, you can download it from the first option, ” Download Form”. If you want to fill out the form online, click on the ‘Apply Online’ button.

Now you need to log in; if you don’t have a login ID, you can register as a user. You need to fill out the application after logging in.
Now, the required documents need to be uploaded. After uploading the documents, you have to pay the application fee online.
In the next step, need to submit the form; after submission, you must visit the nearest Mamlatdar or municipal office for verification.
You will receive the senior citizen card after your application is verified and processed.
