1. Application form.
2. 1-1 Passport size photos of the groom and Bride separately.
3. 3 Marriage Photos of the groom and Bride.
4. ID proof of Groom and Bride.
5. Wedding card of the marriage.
6. Any one ID proof of Parents of Groom and Bride.
7. Oath Letter of Groom and Bride (in case of more than twenty days of Registration).
8. Priest/Institute Certificate in case of Marriage done in Temple or Arya Samaj.
9. Marriage hall Receipt/Punchnama from parshad.
10. Documents required to verify Groom and Bride Date. – Birth Certificate/Driving License/Aadhar Card/Marksheet Photocopy.
11. 2 Witness ID proof with Address.

How to apply for marriage registration online in Haryana?

Anyone can apply for marriage registration or a marriage certificate online in Haryana, then first go to shaadi.haryana.gov.in website. Now open this website and click on the main menu to ” Account >> Register “.

Now fill in all details and click on send otp button.

After successful registration, you can log in to your account on shaadi.edisha.gov.in.

after login, Select right side to marriage registration.

Now open the form and fill in all details and upload a photo.

After filling in all the details, submit the application for Marriage Registration.

The next step is to pay payment for application fees. Marriage registration payment shall be done by clicking on the ‘My Registration’ tab and then clicking on the ‘View’ tab of the application. How to Check Marriage Registration Application Status?

if you applied for marriage registration online at shaadi.edisha.gov.in and you want to check your marriage registration application status, then go to shaadi.haryana.gov.in website and select the main menu for application status.

Now enter your Application ID and click on Get Record Button.

Your marriage certificate application status will show on your screen.
