In my application of LL and Endorsement of class from two wheeler to LMV, I submitted the documents as “Form-1 (self declaration)” and “self attested copy of existing two wheeler license”……… after verification, I got comment as to submit the original Two wheeler license at Zonel office…
My query is, I already lost my original two wheeler license, so how can I submit to RTO..?
Should I apply first for Duplicate two wheeler license and submit ?…. . . Or is there any other process..which can save charges for duplicate DL and resolve this issue??

you need to two wheeler licence. so you will need to duplicate driving licence after you can apply for endorsement, if depend on rto officer if allow without licence then you can so, first visit RTO office and ask them.
I hold a MCGW (two wheeler) license now I want to add lmv in that license. I have learnt driving from a driving school. Am I still required to give driving test at RTO ?
