Procedure of change address in driving licence in Maharashtra
Change address in driving licence, First to visit parivahan official website https://parivahan.gov.in/ and select menu to online services popup menu and select driving licence related services.
Now open new page and select state.
After select state, click on apply for change address in main menu show in below image.
Now open change address application instruction and click continues button.
Enter driving licence number and birth date click on get details. click it to show your driving licence details and click on process button.
Select services section to change address and require document upload after should pay fees of application.
Submit application successful after your new address add in driving licence.

Hi – You cannot change the address online on your driver’s license. All you can do is – apply for it, upload the documents and pay the fee, that’s it. At the end, you’ll still have to download the form, take the documents to the RTO and submit it.
I am not sure why such simple things cannot be done online. Moreover, if one has to visit the office then they might as well fill the form and pay the fee there only. Total waste of time.

after application submission and document upload, from where do we take appointment to visit RTO office? Under current status – it says – “Application under process – scrutiny of document at RTO level”. Could you tell me what to do next?

I also want to change my address. How to do it now, if you cannot go to the RTO
On trying to change address it doesnt let me update the address fields, and says chip card will be sent to old address proceed
After uploading the documents and fee payment for change in address in DL. Where do I book appointment for visiting RTO office? All it says that ” application under process- scrutiny of documents at RTO level” for last 5 days. Not sure about the next step. Can anyone clarify?

That means you need to visit your RTO with documents for further processing.
no need to book a slot, visit RTO and look for update department
It does not allow me to change my address even if I clicked on the change of address. It’s just to show how good government website is but actually it’s not.

I want to renew license which is issued from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) RTO & now i am residing in Thane ( Maharashtra) I have applied renewal & address change both & paid fee as well but now system is asking to book slot in Kanpur RTO. Can i get the same here in Thane
