Everyone Change address in driving licence online using Parivahan portal, first to visit parivahan official website https://parivahan.gov.in/ and select from main menu to Online Services, popup menu and select to Driving Licence Related Services. show in below image.

Now open new page and select state.

After select state, click on apply for change address in main menu show in below image.

Now open change address application instruction and click continues button.

Enter driving licence number and birth date click on get details. click it to show your driving licence details and click on process button.

Select services section to change address and require document upload after should pay fees of application.
