Step 4: In Other Menu >>> Go to “Mobile Number Update” Option

Step 6: In Mobile Number Update Screen if You Can Select “Driving License ” Then Enter
- Licence Issue Date: Enter Your Date of Issue Date in your Driving License
- DL Number: Enter Your Driving License Number as same as Driving License Copy
- Date of Birth: Enter applicant date of Birth Same as Driving License Copy

Hi, I have trying to update my mobile number and have followed the procedure exactly as mentioned above, but unfortunately I keep getting an error message “Data is missing for the given license number.Please try again”. Is there any other procedure to do the same?

if database error then try after some time, other wise you need to visit near RTO and update your mobile number.
